All intellectual property rights in the services, including but not limited to software, designs, documentation, and methodologies developed by Appinop Technologies remain our property until full payment is received and ownership is transferred as per the agreed contract terms.
Payment terms are as specified in individual project agreements. Late payments may incur additional charges. We reserve the right to suspend services for overdue accounts.
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information shared during the course of the engagement. This obligation survives the termination of any agreement.
Appinop Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of our services.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.
